We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our Engineering team at our state‑of‑the‑art chilled food facility in Peterborough. This is an opportunity to work with modern equipment, support production performance and play a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient and high‑performing operation.

Working on a 4 on 4 off day shift pattern, you'll be responsible for planned preventative maintenance, reactive breakdown support and continuous improvement activities across the site. You'll collaborate closely with Production teams to maximise equipment reliability, minimise downtime and help drive operational excellence.

We're looking for someone with previous maintenance engineering experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, strong electrical and mechanical fault‑finding skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. You'll be an excellent communicator who can work effectively under pressure, build strong working relationships and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Formal engineering qualifications such as an NVQ Level 3, apprenticeship or equivalent are essential.
