We are currently recruiting for a Packaging Technologist to join the business, supporting operations across Alconbury and Peterborough. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced fresh produce environment and play a key role in packaging development, compliance and continuous improvement activities across the business.
The successful candidate will work closely with technical, commercial, operational and supplier teams to support the delivery of packaging projects from concept through to launch. The role will involve maintaining packaging specifications and data, ensuring compliance with both customer and legal requirements, supporting packaging trials and identifying opportunities for innovation and sustainability improvements.
We are keen to speak with candidates who have previous experience within packaging, FMCG, food manufacturing or fresh produce environments, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience working with specifications, packaging compliance or packaging development would be highly advantageous.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working collaboratively, is proactive in their approach and is passionate about delivering high-quality packaging solutions within a commercially focused environment.
