We are looking for a Product Specialist – Top Fruit to support the delivery of high-quality, compliant and customer-ready products across our Top Fruit category. Working closely with Tesco, our supply base, Kent-based teams, Procurement and Agronomy, you will help maintain product quality, specifications, reporting and technical standards across the category.

You will manage Tesco and source systems, including TQC, Inspectorio, Toolkit and the AMT Portal, ensuring specifications, product information, labels, packaging verification and TPIS requirements are accurate and up to date. The role will also involve managing QSL data, weekly KPI reporting, shelf-life reports and quality updates, while supporting benchmarking, sample evaluations, taste panels and customer visits.

You will support issue resolution, customer refund investigations, root cause analysis, non-conformance follow-up and wider Technical Compliance activity, helping to drive continuous improvement across source and packing sites. Travel to source and packing sites will be required where needed.
