Join to apply for the HR Officer – FTC role at AMFRESH Group. We’re looking for an experienced and proactive HR Officer to join our on-site HR team for a 15-month maternity cover. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting people across all levels, and contributing to a positive, engaging workplace culture.
This role involves day-to-day HR support, managing employee relations cases, coaching managers, and getting involved in engagement initiatives and wider HR projects. The role is mainly Monday to Friday, with one evening a week supporting our night shift teams.

You’ll be CIPD Level 3 qualified (or have equivalent experience) with a solid understanding of HR processes and employment law. Confident and approachable, you’ll have experience managing a range of employee relations cases, building trust, and influencing others.
