We are recruiting for an Ethical Compliance Officer to join our ESG team at AMFRESH UK, based at our Alconbury or Peterborough site. This is a permanent opportunity supporting the delivery of our human rights programme across a global supply chain.

The role is focused on managing ethical compliance activities, reviewing audit reports, monitoring corrective action plans and working closely with suppliers to drive continuous improvement against ethical trade standards.

The role would suit someone with experience in ethical compliance, sustainability or human rights who is confident analysing data, managing documentation and engaging with stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are met.

You'll play a key role in identifying risks, tracking supplier performance and supporting customer and retailer ethical trade commitments. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing positive change and making a meaningful impact on responsible sourcing and worker welfare across the supply chain.
