  • HR Officer to join our on-site HR team for a

15-month maternity cover .

This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting people across all levels, and contributing to a positive, engaging workplace culture.

This role involves day-to-day HR support, managing employee relations cases, coaching managers, and getting involved in engagement initiatives and wider HR projects.

The role is mainly

Monday to Friday , with one evening a week supporting our night shift teams.

You’ll be CIPD Level 3 qualified (or have equivalent experience) with a solid understanding of HR processes and employment law . Confident and approachable, you’ll have experience managing a range of employee relations cases, building trust, and influencing others. Organised and resilient, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be ready to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR support and advice across the business.
  • Manage employee relations cases and support managers in resolving workplace issues.
  • Coach and develop line managers in people management best practices.
  • Lead or participate in engagement initiatives and wider HR projects.
  • Support delivery in a fast-paced, operational environment.
