SALARY UP TO £35k

PERMANENT POSITION

Our client, a well-managed and run manufacturing company, has, due to continued and expected future growth, a requirement for a dynamic balancer to ensure that the finished products meet both the company's high performance standards and international standards.

As the successful dynamic balancer you will:

  • Set up and operate the dynamic balancing equipment
  • Balance and test various rotating parts
  • Inspect components for wear, damage or irregularities before balancing tests
  • Record and analyse balancing data and ensure compliance within tolerances
  • Make precise corrections using weights, drilling, grinding or trimming where required
  • Ensure traceability and documentation is complete
  • Follow all H&S protocols

As the dynamic balancer, you will have all the skills to carry out the above, and all other tasks. You will, of course, have the right work ethic, in a team or individually. You will problem solve and have a can-do attitude.

As the balancer, you will have a solid understanding of rotating equipment and a mechanical and engineering background.
