2D CAD DESIGNER
PERMANENT
SALARY UP TO £45k

Our client is a growing and expanding business with a solid reputation, an expanding order bookand a very bright future. They require a well versed and experience 2D CAD Designer to join and complement the existing team.
As the 2D cad designer you will be responsible for producing high quality technical drawings and layout plans for ventilation and smoke control systems, all in accordance with current building regulations, project specification and industry standards.
As the successful 2D cad designer your role will consist of….
- Produce 2CAD drawings for smoke control and mechanical ventilation
- Develop layout plans, schematics and fabrication drawings for design submissions, client reviews and site installations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects and contractors.
- Ensure designs comply fully with UK Building regs, BS EN 12101 and all relevant standards.
- Participate in design review and support the development of proposals from concept to finish.
The successful 2D Cad designer will be proficient in 2D autocad, will have experience in construction and a huge bonus will be in smoke control or HVAC. You will have strong knowledge in UK building regulations, related to fire and safety.
You will be permanent from day one, enrolled into the company bonus scheme, and be rewarded with an attractive package and appropriate salary.
