As the assembly operator you will....Ensure the products are produced to the correct specification & checking for any flaws.
Ensure the finished products are in line with the overall quality criteriaAll tools & machinery are maintained and used correctlyHealth & Safety guidelines are followed at all timesYou're duties as assembly will include...Reading production tickets to ensure each unit has the correct partsUsing hand held terminals to scan the finished productFollowing the instructions on screen to wrap the product using the relevant colour bag and product codeMeeting production targetsMeeting daily deadlines for product output.
Quality checking each product producedReading specification to ensure product has correct componentsMeeting production targets by ensuring all raw materials are provided in good timeEnsure raw materials are distributed in correct orderPrioritising product distribution to ensure deadlines are metEnsure raw material stocks are maintainedThe ideal assembly operator will have a solid background in a manufacturing role, and just as importantly have a can do attitude, be hungry to learn more and be friendly to your fellow workers, you will work well under pressure and have a desire to want to do the job correctly, first time and under minimal supervision.
