Our client, a small engineering business based in Brighouse, has an immediate requirement to recruit a general labourer. Someone who will help and assist the manufacturing team, and be part of that team and be everyone’s friend and teammate.
Duties:
- Move material around from location to location
- Deliver stock to the correct work station
- Move finished goods to the correct storage
- Help with the despatch of parts and finished goods to customers
- Help keep the shop floor tidy and clean
- Adhere to all health and safety and help others do the same
- Help with local delivering to customers and picking up orders or supplies
Requirements:
- In date FLT Licence and experience
- Driving licence for deliveries
- A helpful attitude
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible with your work
This is a permanent position where you will work 08:00 - 16:50 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 12:15 on a Friday - early Friday finish. In return, you can expect an hourly rate of £14.00 which is a salary of nearly £27k. 25 floating days and 8 bank holidays.
