Our client is a metal treatment company supporting the aerospace, defence and oil & gas sectors, they have an immediate requirement to add to their finance team on a part time basis, for a qualified/part qualified accountant.
The company already have someone in situ performing all the ledger work, payroll, bank recs, and want someone with a proven background to come in and take the TB to management accounts and also delve deeply into the profitability of the business and build a cost analysis into the services the company performs and enable the production management team to drive forward with the most profitable parts of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly management accounts from TB
- Manage bank and ledgers
- Manage Payroll
- Develop costing analysis of company activities/services
- Any ad-hoc duties
As the successful assistant management accountant you will either be qualified or part-qualified and working towards being fully qualified and have a proven track record in a similar manufacturing role.
The role is currently part-time with the following hours:
- Monday to Thursday 11.15am to 4.15pm
- Friday 8am to 1pm
Salary of £27.5k.
