Salary: £30,231 + £525 per additional skill (up to 6, maximum base salary of £33,381)
Hours: 39; between 08:00–17:00 (1 in 4 weekends + 15% allowance)

This is a hands-on mobile position covering around 6 sites across West Yorkshire, based out of HMP Wealstun. You’ll be out on the road, fixing, maintaining, and keeping sites running safely — not stuck in one place.
What you’ll be doing:
- Planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
- General building maintenance + compliance checks
- Supporting critical systems (fire, water, electrical basics)
- Following site safety and security procedures
- Taking part in on-call + weekend rota
- Acting as Authorised Person (AP) (training provided)
What you’ll need:
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to work on your own and manage your workload
- Basic understanding of compliance and safety
Experience in any of these is advantageous:
- Fire doors / extinguishers / alarms
- RCD testing
