About the Team: Amey are looking to recruit a graduate, ideally with a civil engineering background, to join our A66 Northern Trans‑pennine site supervision team. The successful candidate will work within a growing team supervising the construction of the dualling of the remaining single carriageway sections between Penrith and Scotch Corner. You will be supported with appropriate NEC Supervisor training to undertake your role and be mentored by experienced members of staff. The construction programme is broadly being delivered west to east so the initial sites will be in the vicinity of Penrith. You will need a drivers licence and have the means to commute to dedicated site offices. The construction programme is circa 10 years so this is a fantastic opportunity to join the team at this early stage to develop your career.
What you’ll be doing: A typical day will involve both office and site based activities. There may be a need to work outwith normal working hours e.g. night shifts.
