We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Fixed term (6 months) Catering Assistant to join our team in Glennifer High School, Amorchie Road Paisley PA2 0AG. The standard hours of work are 15 hours per week (shift pattern Monday - Friday 11.15am - 14.15pm). Join our vibrant, inclusive community in Renfrewshire Schools working on the catering team that makes a real positive impact across the UK.
What you will do:
- Basic preparation of food and drinks
- Preparation of vegetables and snacks
- Simple cooking of food (including the heating and/or reconstitution of convenience foods and vegetables)
- Transportation and serving of meals (including the packing and unpacking of food into containers)
- Washing up and clearing away equipment
- Cleaning of the kitchen, its surrounds and the equipment
