We have fantastic opportunities for Structural Engineers of all levels (Assistant, Structural, Senior Structural, Lead Senior Structural and Principal Engineers) to work with our Bridges teams to deliver the largest civil engineering and associated infrastructure projects across Scotland with cumulative values in excess of £1bn. With shared office spaces in Motherwell, Polmadie, Edinburgh, Perth, Aberdeen and Newcastle coming soon, we offer hybrid working – attending the office when necessary and remaining days working remotely. Project Highlights:
- £1.2bn associated with the North East and South West Trunk Road Management contracts, covering over 5,000 structures and strategic crossings such as: Friarton Bridge, Woodside Viaducts, Kingston Bridge Complex and Erskine Bridge.
- Long‑term management of key crossings: Severn Suspension Bridge (cable assessment, augmentation, hanger replacement), Avonmouth Bridge (main span investigation), Prince of Wales Bridge (gantry assessment).
- Additional works with local authorities across the UK, including major roads, bridges and civil design projects with Transport Scotland and National Highways.
