We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Mobile Team Scheduler, based at our office in Buckshaw Village, Lancashire, England with some travel to sites. This role is a key member of the mobile team of engineers, supporting the Operations Manager and Mobile Engineers in planning the requirements to deploy the mobile team across the North of England. We offer a competitive salary. The hours of work will be 8:00 – 4:30 Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week.

At Amey, we’re supporting our justice client, His Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) by providing them with safe, clean and efficient prisons. By using our facilities management expertise, we help keep 60 secure premises across England and Wales running smoothly.
What you will do:
- Utilising the data/tools available, populate, coordinate and communicate the Mobile Engineer Team schedule.
- Process and check all relevant paperwork relating to the Mobile Engineer Team – training, equipment, parts orders, work orders, timesheets, PoWRA’s, close calls.
- Analyse data and create reports relating to the Mobile Engineering team for management.
- Work closely with Management & Business Development Team.
- Monitor associated budgets and costs.
- Attend and support meetings and present updates.
- Provide clear instructions and feedback to the Mobile team.
- Assist Business Support Coordinators.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings or efficiency improvements.
- Support change management and innovation initiatives.
- Coordinate training requests.
- Maintain and monitor associated records for the Mobile team ensuring they can work safely and effectively.
- Point of contact for Mobile Team.
- Required to complete Child Barring DBS, Enhanced Level 1 and CTC clearance.
- Any other duties commensurate with the role.
What you will bring:
- IOSH or other relevant H&S Qualification (desirable).
- Familiar with use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic Health & Safety.
- Problem Solving.
- Good organisational skills.
- Understanding of compliance (desirable).
- Working in a similar role (desirable).
- Knowledge and understanding of an operational function.
- Scheduling experience.
- Full UK Driving License.
