We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Fixed term (6 months) Cleaner/Housekeeper to join our Dumfries and Galloway Schools account in Lockerbie Academy, Glasgow Road, Lockerbie, DG11 2AT. £13.45 per hour, 15 hours per week (shift pattern can be 5.30am – 8.30am or 3.30pm – 6.30pm, term-time only). Join our vibrant, inclusive community in Dumfries and Galloway, working on our school’s account. Delivering critical services for schools that make a real positive impact across the UK. We work in partnership with our clients and end-users to ensure our 24/7 services are delivered to the highest standard with minimum impact or disruption to day-to-day operational requirements of the schools.
What you will do:
- Provide a cleaning service that delivers to our contractual requirements.
- Control stock levels and order consumables.
- Operate machinery safely and in line with the guidelines and training provided.
- Ensure a high-quality service is provided to the building users at all times ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for ensuring H&S standards are achieved across the contract.
- This role will also support both local and business zero carbon programmes, working towards zero carbon in a strategic and lean manner as and where it is appropriate.
