We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Highways Supervisor to join our dynamic Traffic Management Account. This role will be carried out onsite. This position offers a competitive salary, and the standard hours are 46 per week. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the leading infrastructure services and engineering companies in the UK, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient management of traffic on our projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and effective communication with Project Managers regarding scheme progress.
  • Direct on-site operations, ensuring safe operation, quality delivery, and completion within specified timescales.
  • Manage subcontractors and traffic management contractors to maintain high standards and compliance with current legislation.
  • Complete on-site records, work with site plans, drawings, and building information models, and solve on-site problems.
  • Review completed schemes, produce as-built information, and communicate effectively with the public.
