We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Plumber in HMYOI Lincoln. The standard hours of work are 39 hours per week. Staff are required to work on a rota basis between 08:00 – 17:00, with an earlier finish every Friday! There will be a need to work 1 in 3 weekends, but this would be on a rota basis (and with an additional allowance of 15% of basic salary). The base salary is between £29,009 - £35,015 dependant on experience.

By using our facilities management expertise, we help keep 60 secure premises across England and Wales running smoothly.

What you will do:

  • Routine and non-routine maintenance.
  • Mains water supply repairs.
  • Fault finding.
  • Identification of life expired equipment, checking, repairing and making good faults.
  • Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment.
  • Any other duties commensurate with the role.

What you will bring:

  • NVQ level 2 in Plumbing and Heating with experience in plumbing maintenance.
  • Legionella awareness and compliance is desirable.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Experience in a commercial environment.
