The predicted salary is between 27426 - 27426 £ per year.

Salary: £27,426 per year. Standard hours: 39 hrs/week across 7 days, with 1 in 3 weekends on rota, plus a 15% allowance.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to perform general maintenance tasks and assist tradespeople on site.
  • Take on various FM duties as directed by the team manager.
  • Maintain high health and safety standards across the contract.
  • Contribute to local and business zero-carbon initiatives, working strategically towards sustainability goals.

What you will bring:

  • Solid experience in DIY/general building maintenance.
  • CITB relevant certification or equivalent.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.

Prison Security Clearance will be required. Amey will support you through this process.
