Salary: £28,294 - £30,894 per annum (DOE)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm | 39 hours per week

About the Role

At Amey, we support His Majesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) by delivering facilities management services across secure sites throughout England and Wales. As part of our Ministry of Justice team, you'll help ensure critical services continue to run smoothly across the prison estate.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate and communicate schedules for the Mobile Engineering Team across the North of England.
  • Manage operational administration, including work orders, timesheets, training records, equipment and compliance documentation.
  • Produce reports, analyse performance data and support budget monitoring and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Mobile Engineers, providing clear communication, support and operational updates.
  • Coordinate training, support meetings and contribute to continuous improvement and business efficiency projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in scheduling, planning or coordinating operational activities.
  • Strong organisational, administrative and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and producing reports from operational data.
  • Effective communicator with experience supporting engineering, maintenance or operational teams.
  • Understanding of compliance and health & safety requirements (IOSH qualification desirable).
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
