What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
- Supporting a range of building systems and compliance tasks
- Acting as an Authorised Person (training provided)
- Following safety and security procedures
- Taking part in an on-call and weekend rota
You’ll work across a small number of sites, giving you variety without excessive travel.
What we’re looking for:
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Basic health & safety and IT awareness
- Experience in areas such as fire safety, emergency lighting, water checks or general compliance would be beneficial—but not essential.
