We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Administrator to join our team on our Nuclear Restoration services account in Somerset, Hinkley Point A Site, Bridgwater, TA5 1YA. The standard hours of work are 34 hours per week (shift pattern 7.30am to 16.30 pm Monday to Thursday). This role is based on-site. As this is a remote Nuclear Restoration Services (NRS) site with limited public transport links, you will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle to travel to and from the Hinkley Point A site safely and reliably.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for ensuring H&S standards are achieved across the contract.
  • Assist with the delivery of services to the client using a case management system.
  • Receive and disseminate information to other team members to ensure service delivery.
  • Share information to ensure the site’s needs are met.
  • Input to and maintain spreadsheets/databases/systems and produce and collate reports.
  • Raise purchase orders and arrange payment of invoices.
  • Support both local and business zero carbon programmes, working towards zero carbon in a strategic and lean manner as and where it is appropriate.
  • Take direction from Site Manager and wider team members.
  • Handle all other reasonable requests as determined by your line manager.

What you will bring:

  • Experience/use of Microsoft packages/IT literate.
  • Excellent ability to manage timekeeping and prioritise workload.
  • Able to develop and maintain good working relationships.
  • Familiar with/exposure to management systems or other similar data entry and reporting database applications.
