Job Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Scheduling Coordinator to join the NRS contract on a full‑time, permanent basis in Berkeley. The working hours across the NRS contract are 37.5 hours a week Monday – Thursday.
Responsibilities
- Program, allocate and coordinate work orders
- Ensure operatives are allocated the necessary orders and that compliance is maintained
- Supervise an administrator
- Liaise with subcontractors
- Maintain accurate records of completed works
- Answer calls and emails and action them
- Be client facing, support the client and represent Amey
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role
- Ideally people‑management experience
- Ability to manage own workload with a focus on deadlines
- Meticulous and thorough approach
- Highly organised
- Experienced in using systems and Microsoft applications
