Hours: 37.5 hours per week – 06:45am – 14:45pm.
BPSS security clearance required.
Responsibilities
- Provide a friendly and professional reception service for visitors, contractors and staff.
- Manage visitor sign‑in procedures and ensure all guests are welcomed appropriately.
- Answer and direct telephone calls, emails and general enquiries.
- Carry out daily building opening procedures, including unlocking the premises and ensuring the site is ready for staff and visitors.
- Complete routine building checks and report any issues or concerns.
- Monitor building systems and report any alerts or faults to the Facilities Management team.
- Raise maintenance requests and assist with tracking progress.
- Support contractors and visitors while they are on site.
- Assist the Facilities Management team with the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the building.
- Follow Health & Safety procedures and help maintain a safe working environment.
