We’re recruiting a part‑time Administrator to support the Facilities Management team at HMP Styal. Hours Monday–Thursday between 07:45–16:30 (8 hrs Mon & Tues, flexible split Wed/Thur).

What you’ll do:

  • Support contractors and site teams
  • Update jobs on the CAFM system
  • Maintain spreadsheets and reports
  • Assist with vetting and onboarding
  • General admin support

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous admin/office experience in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confident with Microsoft Office
  • Organised and reliable to work independently or in a team
  • Prison security clearance and Enhanced DBS with Child Barring required (supported by Amey).
