We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an on‑site Administrator to join our Avon & Somerset Courts team in North Somerset Magistrates Court. The role will work on a 39‑hour week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive support to the Site Manager and team leaders, managing databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
  • Coordinating onboarding processes and handling procurement tasks.
  • Upholding high standards of Health & Safety, maintaining and processing confidential information with discretion.
  • Supporting local and business zero‑carbon programs by promoting strategic approaches.
  • Producing reports to monitor compliance and operational performance.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administration or business support roles is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, IT, and CAFM systems.
  • Excellent time‑management, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Attention to detail, accountability, adaptability and a proactive approach.

Ideally you will be qualified in Business Administration or a related field; however, we will provide the development you need to bring you up to speed.
