We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a permanent Cleaner/Housekeeper to join Amey, supporting our Nuclear Restoration Services (NRS) contract on-site at Trawsfynydd. The standard hours of work are 36 hours per week, Monday – Thursday, 07.15am – 17.15pm. The hourly rate is £13.45.

Amey delivers essential workplace and facilities management services across 17 nuclear sites and regional offices nationwide, supporting the safe decommissioning of the UK’s first‑generation nuclear sites. This is highly regulated, purposeful work that plays a vital role in protecting people and the environment, while offering long‑term career security within a growing and nationally important sector.

What You Will Do

  • Providing a cleaning service that delivers to our contractual requirements
  • Controlling stock levels and ordering consumables
  • Operating machinery safely and in line with the guidelines and training provided
  • Ensuring a high‑quality service is provided to the building users at all times ensuring customer satisfaction
  • This role will also support both local and business zero carbon programmes, working towards zero carbon in a strategic and lean manner as and where it is appropriate.
  • Ensuring H&S standards are achieved across the contract.
