This is a secure, single-site role on a long-term contract, offering regular hours, job stability and no domestic call-outs or travelling between sites.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance to help keep the site safe and fully operational.
- General plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Working on mains water systems
- Fault finding and fixing issues
- Basic inspections, water sampling and risk checks
- Reporting equipment that needs repair or replacement
You will work as part of a supportive on-site team. Tools, materials, induction and training are provided, and escorting support is available where required.
Qualifications & requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent)
- Experience in plumbing maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to work safely in a commercial or industrial environment
- Legionella awareness is helpful but not essential – training can be provided.
Hours & pattern
- 39 hours per week
- 1 in 3 weekends on a rota
- Weekend working is paid with a 15% allowance
