Amey is recruiting a Performance Manager to lead performance, compliance and improvement activity across operational contracts. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape how services perform, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.
In this role you’ll drive performance excellence across multiple services or sites, working closely with operational teams, senior stakeholders and clients. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring robust performance reporting, audit governance, and continuous improvement activity, helping to maintain service quality and compliance at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead performance monitoring and reporting, identifying issues and driving resolution
- Oversee risk and jeopardy frameworks to support service excellence
- Produce accurate, high-quality reports for stakeholders and governance forums
- Own client communication relating to SLA performance and recovery planning
- Lead audit and assurance activity, including corrective action tracking
- Support and upskill operational teams on performance processes and reporting
- Manage and enhance CAFM data, reporting systems and data quality
- Oversee Helpdesk performance where required
- Support investigations, incidents and service complaints
- Represent the business in client and performance review meetings
Required: What you’ll bring
- Strong experience in performance management, reporting or audit roles
- Background in Facilities Management or contract-based environments
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with CAFM systems (e.g. Concept, Maximo or similar)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation capability
Desirable
- Continuous improvement knowledge (Lean / Six Sigma / BPM)
- Experience in compliance or audit environments
- IOSH or similar Health & Safety qualification
This role operates across multiple sites and services, working with operational teams, clients, auditors and senior stakeholders. You may be required to travel occasionally to support performance, audit and improvement activity.
