The role:
- Lead and manage a large FM team, including performance and disciplinary processes
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations and long‑term estate management
- Build strong working relationships with the prison and client teams
- Ensure full compliance with H&S, statutory and mandatory requirements
- Deliver KPIs and drive high standards across service delivery
- Maintain environmental standards and site systems
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing large teams in a Hard FM environment
- Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and compliance requirements
- Experience preparing for audits and maintaining statutory compliance
- Solid background in Hard FM (ideally 5+ years)
- Confident communicator with strong client‑facing skills
- FM or technical qualification (preferred)
