About the role
We are looking for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to work across a number of sites in the Wales region. This is a varied, hands‑on role where you will carry out general building maintenance and repairs, helping to keep sites safe, compliant and running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance
- Complete basic repairs and inspections
- Support compliance checks (e.g. fire safety, water checks, lighting)
- Follow health and safety procedures
- Work across multiple sites as part of a team
What we’re looking for
- Experience in general building maintenance or a relevant trade
- NVQ or similar qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently
- Basic IT and health & safety knowledge
