We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Plumber in HMP Manchester, 1 Southall Street, Manchester, M60 9AH. The standard hours of work are 39 hours per week. Staff are required to work on a rota basis between Saturday to Thursday 08:00 - 17:00; Friday 08:00 - 16:00. There will be a need to work 1 in 4 weekends on a rota basis, with an additional allowance of 15% of basic salary.

By using our facilities management expertise, we help keep 60 secure premises across England and Wales running smoothly.
What You Will Do
- Routine and non-routine maintenance.
- Mains water supply repairs.
- Fault finding and identification of life-expired equipment, checking, repairing and making good faults.
- Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment.
What You Will Bring
- Full driving licence
- Experience in a commercial environment
- Experience in operating light plant
- NVQ level 3 in Plumbing and Heating is preferred (NVQ level 2 will be considered)
- Legionella Control (L8) is desirable
