Amey in Liverpool is hiring a Customer Service Operator to join our 24-hour Response Centre.
You will record, monitor and maintain regulatory client information and supply it to the customer service manager and client.
The role includes shift work across a 37.5-hour week with early starts from 6am and latest finishes at 8pm.
You will handle high volumes of calls, process emails and web requests, own issues through to completion, and report on performance.
