Hours (39 Per Week):
- Monday–Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Friday–Sunday: 08:00 – 16:00
1 in 3 weekends on a rota (paid at +15% of basic salary)
The Role
- Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
- Fault‑finding, minor works, testing & inspections (BS7671)
- Ensuring electrical systems are safe, compliant and operational
- Supporting wider FM duties, including occasional escorting
What You’ll Need
- Level 2 Electrical qualification (C&G 2367 or 2357 or equivalent)
- 18th Edition (17th considered with upskilling)
- Strong H&S and PPM knowledge
- Experience working independently and at heights
- Knowledge of Electricity at Work Regulations
