Hours (39 Per Week):

  • Monday–Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
  • Friday–Sunday: 08:00 – 16:00

1 in 3 weekends on a rota (paid at +15% of basic salary)

The Role

  • Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
  • Fault‑finding, minor works, testing & inspections (BS7671)
  • Ensuring electrical systems are safe, compliant and operational
  • Supporting wider FM duties, including occasional escorting

What You’ll Need

  • Level 2 Electrical qualification (C&G 2367 or 2357 or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition (17th considered with upskilling)
  • Strong H&S and PPM knowledge
  • Experience working independently and at heights
  • Knowledge of Electricity at Work Regulations
