We are excited to offer a permanent Plumber position in HMP/YOI New Hall, Dial Wood, Flockton, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF4 4XX. The standard hours of work are 39 hours per week. Staff are required to work on a rota basis between 07:45 - 16:30 Saturday to Thursday; 07:45 - 15:30 Friday. There will be a need to work 1 in 3 weekends on a rota basis with an additional allowance of 15% of basic salary.

By using our facilities management expertise, we help keep 60 secure premises across England and Wales running smoothly.
What You Will Do
- Routine and non-routine maintenance.
- Mains water supply repairs.
- Fault finding: Identification of life expired equipment, checking, repairing and making good faults.
- Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment.
What You Will Bring
- Full driving licence
- Experience in a commercial environment
- Experience in operating light plant
- NVQ level 3 in Plumbing and Heating is preferred (we may consider NVQ level 2)
- Legionella Control (L8) is desirable
