Salary: £18,987 – £19,595 per year

Hours: 27 hrs/week – Monday to Thursday 07:45–16:30 (8 hrs Mon & Tue, flexible split Wed/Thur)

What You’ll Do

  • Support contractors and site teams
  • Update jobs on the CAFM system
  • Maintain spreadsheets and reports
  • Assist with vetting and onboarding
  • General admin support

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous admin/office experience in a fast paced environment
  • Confident with Microsoft Office
  • Organised and reliable to work independently or in a team
  • Prison security clearance and Enhanced DBS with Child Barring required (supported by Amey).
