Salary: £30,866 – £36,135 + 15% weekend allowance

Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday–Friday: 07:45–16:45, Weekend rota 1 in 3: 07:45–15:15, On‑call rota included)

Responsibilities:

  • Plumbing maintenance across site (reactive and planned)
  • Mains water repairs and fault finding
  • Inspections, water sampling and compliance work
  • Identify and repair faults on equipment
  • Support wider FM team when needed

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating (essential)
  • Experience in maintenance (commercial or similar ideal)
  • Legionella awareness (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Reliable, practical and able to work as part of a team

Security clearance:

  • Prison Security clearance and Standard DBS required – full support provided by Amey.
