Part Time Permanent Cleaner/Housekeeper
Location: Alloa Academy, Bowhouse Rd, Alloa FK10 1DN.
Pay: £13.45 per hour.
Hours: 15 hours per week, flexible shift pattern Monday to Friday (split shift or 3hrs from 3pm–6pm).
Responsibilities
- Provide a cleaning service that meets contractual requirements.
- Control stock levels and order consumables.
- Operate machinery safely and in line with guidelines and training provided.
- Ensure a high‑quality service is provided to building users at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure H&S standards are achieved across the contract.
- Support local and business zero‑carbon programmes, working towards zero‑carbon in a strategic and lean manner where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Highly organised, responsible, efficient, with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills, friendly, approachable with a positive work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and support others.
- Experience using chemicals and machinery safely.
- Demonstrated commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people; will undergo enhanced DBS check.
