Contract: Permanent | Full-time 39 hours per week (08:00–17:00) + 1 in 4 weekends (15% shift allowance)

Be part of something new. We’re building a brand-new Mobile Team supporting the Ministry of Justice—and this is your chance to join from day one. If you’re a skilled Gas Engineer or Plumber looking for variety, stability, and clear career progression, this role offers the opportunity to work across a small regional patch (approx. 6 sites), keeping essential facilities running safely and efficiently. No two days are the same—but you’ll always have the backing of a well-established contract and a company that invests in you.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems
- Servicing and inspecting appliances, including combustion analysis & testing
- Working on boilers, heaters, water systems and ventilation
- Supporting upgrades, installations and minor works
- Ensuring safe, compliant working in line with industry and site standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Gas Safe registered with commercial qualifications (e.g. CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1/A)
- Experience working on commercial gas systems
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Additional qualifications or experience in regulated environments are a bonus—but not essential.
