We’re recruiting a Facilities Team Leader to join our permanent FM team at HMP Humber, working on a secure Ministry of Justice contract.

Role:
- Supervise day‑to‑day facilities services
- Ensure work is safe, secure and compliant

What You’ll Need:
- FM / estates supervisory experience
- Good health & safety knowledge
- IT confident (CAFM experience useful)
- Calm, organised leadership style
- Mechanical / plumbing background desirable
- IOSH / FM qualifications beneficial, not essential
Training and development available if you meet most requirements. Prison security clearance & Standard DBS required (we’ll support you).
