Join a brand-new team. We’re building an exciting new Mobile Team supporting the Ministry of Justice—and this is your opportunity to be part of it from the start.
What you’ll be doing:
- Planning and coordinating schedules for Mobile Engineers
- Acting as a key point of contact for the mobile team
- Managing paperwork, work orders, timesheets and training records
- Analysing data and producing reports for management
- Supporting meetings and providing updates to stakeholders
- Monitoring budgets and identifying efficiencies
- Helping drive improvements and new ways of working
What we’re looking for:
- Strong organisation and coordination skills
- Confident communicator who can work with multiple stakeholders
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Previous scheduling or coordination experience (desirable)
- Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail
- Understanding of operational environments (desirable)
Prison Security Clearance will be required (Amey will support you through this process).
