Salary: £13.45 per hour
Standard hours: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm weekdays, alternate Saturdays and Sundays 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Provide cleaning and catering duties, including regeneration of cook chill food, that meet contractual requirements
- Clean and service general and clinical areas: damp-dusting, high-dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping
- Operate and use the automatic dishwasher
- Service general and sanitary areas: empty bins, replenish hand towels, etc.
- Ensure all meals are served in accordance with ward meal arrangements
- Check dates on cook chill products; if out of date, do not use and report to supervisor
- Clean tables and chairs before and after mealtimes
- Maintain H&S standards across the contract
