Responsibilities
- Act as the stakeholder interface on site to deliver all contractual outputs.
- Manage supply chain to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Project management across major/minor domestic scale projects and asset replacement.
- Health, safety and environmental management (CDM).
- Quality assurance of works.
- Planning, directing and controlling activities.
- Agree scopes for regional projects.
- Proactive performance management of the project supply chain.
- Problem solving and decision making.
- Ensure H&S standards are achieved across the contract.
- Support local and business zero‑carbon programmes where appropriate.
Qualifications
- HNC or equivalent level qualification in Building/Civil Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Management level qualification in health, safety and environment (e.g., SMSTS).
- Ideally qualified in Building Engineering with experience in Construction and Property Maintenance.
- Desirable: experience in CDM, asbestos, temporary works supervision and a sound understanding of ecology regulations relating to bats.
