What You'll Do
- Carry out grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning, planting and general grounds maintenance.
- Maintain sports pitches, recreational areas and landscaped spaces.
- Operate grounds maintenance machinery, power tools and light plant equipment.
- Complete weed control, drainage and seasonal clearance works.
- Paint and maintain outdoor equipment and site assets.
- What You'll Need
- Experience in grounds maintenance, gardening, landscaping or horticulture.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Comfortable working in a prison environment alongside prisoners.
- Experience operating grounds maintenance machinery and equipment.
- Weed spraying certification and chainsaw qualifications would be advantageous.
