Responsibilities
- Managing and leading a large FM team, including performance and disciplinary matters
- Overseeing day-to-day estate operations and service delivery
- Building strong relationships with prison leadership and stakeholders
- Ensuring statutory and mandatory compliance standards are achieved
- Driving KPI performance and continuous improvement
- Promoting high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance
Qualifications
- Strong Hard FM management experience, ideally 5+ years
- Proven leadership of large operational teams
- Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and compliance requirements
- Experience preparing for audits and maintaining statutory compliance
- Resilient, adaptable and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Prison Security Clearance, standard DBS and Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) required (supported by Amey)
- Flexibility to support operational needs, including monthly regional management meetings and business mileage reimbursement
- FM or technical qualifications are preferred
