What You’ll Do on a Typical Day
- Creates and completes travel arrangements (car, hotel, air, rail) for moderately complex accounts.
- Ensures reservations are built according to client standards and preferences.
- Acts as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations which provide the best traveler experience in each situation.
- Resolves moderately complex problems with potentially non-standard and multi destinations, ticket exchanges and complex fares.
- Assignments include both routine and non-routine work.
- May be required to assist with department related projects and implementations (clean-up, startup, closeout, etc.).
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years industry experience preferred or a strong customer service background.
- Experience in travel support roles preferred.
- English fluent – written and spoken; 2nd language a plus.
- Diligent to ensure high level of accuracy.
- Basic MS Office skills.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Good travel industry knowledge.
- Skilled in GDS - Sabre preferred.
