Our Product Design team operates in a blended model. Design is part of a centralized team ensuring global consistency in product and brand identity while designers and content specialists also work within product pods alongside Product Managers, Developers, and Researchers. We value collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement. We believe in small egos, strong opinions, and data‑informed decisions. Our mission is to simplify complex travel journeys into intuitive digital experiences.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:

  • Write and structure content for web and mobile interfaces across shopping and booking journeys
  • Partner closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and Researchers
  • Translate complex business and technical concepts into clear user‑friendly language
  • Guide the travel management environment in using the right syntax
  • Ensure consistency with brand voice and content guidelines across products
  • Participate in usability testing and iterate copy based on user feedback and data
  • Contribute to content patterns and help evolve the content system
  • Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and plain language in all interfaces

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience in UX writing/content design for digital products
  • Proven ability to write clear, concise, and helpful interface copy
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, user journeys, and usability testing
  • Experience collaborating in cross‑functional product teams
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and content workflows
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive content practices
  • Ability to defend content decisions using user insights and data
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistency
  • Background in UX content design, communication, linguistics, design, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in UX writing, content design, or digital product content
  • Strong portfolio with UX writing examples and product flows
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
