We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join our Commercial Team, focusing on Mid Market business clients within the EMEA region, primarily in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a portfolio of key accounts, drive revenue growth, and build lasting client relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We are a well-coordinated Account Management team in EMEA, committed to supporting and inspiring one another.
What you'll do:
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with your assigned accounts, prioritising client satisfaction while actively identifying opportunities to expand our partnership and service offerings. Drives customer retention through innovative engagement.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, provide regular account updates, and analyse performance metrics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Product, Operations, Support, Finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
- Market & Amex GBT Intelligence: Maintain current knowledge of Amex GBT strategy, products, and solutions while staying informed of market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments relevant to your accounts.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of account management experience in the business travel industry.
- Understanding of the Mid Market business segment and their unique needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
- Works collaboratively with colleagues to complete tasks and deliver results efficiently.
- Demonstrates strong self-motivation and initiative, taking ownership of tasks and driving continuous improvement.
