The Opportunity:
You'll be joining an international recruitment business with two decades of Global market experience and strong presence across key financial hubs. Working alongside experienced consultants and industry specialists, you'll focus on developing and managing relationships within the Financial Services sector, delivering high-quality recruitment solutions to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
• Build and maintain relationships with Financial Services clients and senior-level candidates
• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
• Source, assess, and present high-calibre professionals
• Partner closely with international teams on cross-border mandates
• Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates
Requirements:
• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, FinTech, or related sectors
• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a successful desk
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
